We are in need of an experienced Insurance Adjuster to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As an Insurance Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims, determining the extent of coverage and liability, and negotiating settlements with policyholders. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the insurance industry and a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims
- Gather evidence, interview witnesses, and review documents to determine the extent of coverage and liability
- Analyze policy language to determine coverage limits and exclusions
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders or their representatives
- Document all findings and decisions in detailed reports
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities and expenses
- Communicate with other professionals such as lawyers or medical professionals as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Insurance Adjuster or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reach fair settlements for all parties involved
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a heavy workload efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working with Indian clients or customers

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000 USD per month.

Contract Job:
This is a contract position with a duration of 1 year. However, there is potential for extension based on performance.
