We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a Canadian-themed restaurant in the bustling city of Dickirch. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide friendly, efficient, and high-quality service to customers.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Create budgets, track expenses, and manage inventory to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions or events that will attract more customers.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian cuisine is preferred but not required.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability through effective management strategies.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (French or German is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company.
