We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Shan, India. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to develop innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate models into production systems
- Optimize algorithms for scalability, efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning
- Test and evaluate the performance of models on real-world data
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, statistics and probability theory
- Ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
