Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs on equipment, furniture, and facilities
- Conduct routine maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Install new fixtures or appliances as needed
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks
- Keep inventory of tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements:
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1200$. Salary may be negotiated based on experience and performance.

Location:
This position is based in Karachi. Candidates must already reside in Karachi or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
