Job Title: Project Manager



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing various projects from initiation to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage project activities according to project scope, timeline, and budget
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and understood
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues; develop and implement solutions to mitigate these risks
- Lead project team meetings and provide regular updates to all stakeholders on project status
- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables within budget constraints
- Evaluate project performance against established goals and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives
- Manage relationships with clients and other external partners
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their professional growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project or Asana
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
