Senior Plasterer

As a Senior Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and structures. You will be working with a variety of tools and materials to create a smooth and even surface for painting or decorating. This position requires a high level of skill and experience in plastering techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing out imperfections
- Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency
- Apply plaster evenly using trowels, brushes, or sprayers
- Create decorative finishes such as stucco or textured patterns
- Repair cracks and holes in existing plaster
- Follow safety procedures when working at heights or with power tools
- Coordinate with other tradesmen on construction sites
- Train and supervise junior plasterers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer in a senior role
- In-depth knowledge of various types of plaster materials and their applications
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical plans
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Familiarity with safety protocols on construction sites
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime if required
- Valid work visa (if not already residing in Lahore)

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Vocational training or apprenticeship programs in plastering are preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month, with the potential for increases based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Lahore, Pakistan. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate if needed. Visa sponsorship may also be available.
