We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Akron. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position that includes accommodation and free visa and ticket for Egyptian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
- Repair or replace broken appliances, fixtures, and furniture
- Inspect properties for any damages or issues and report them to the supervisor
- Respond to tenants' requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed when working on projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or handyman work is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to use various tools and equipment safely
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants and other team members
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time job with a 40-hour workweek. The typical working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, occasional weekend work may be required depending on the project deadlines. Accommodation will be provided for the employee.
