We are seeking a friendly and attentive Concierge to join our team in Braga. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation for guests as requested
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Receive and deliver messages and packages to guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a concierge or in a similar guest service role preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: 900$ per month with accommodation provided.

City: Braga, Portugal.

This position is open to all nationalities; however, candidates must have their own valid work visa for Portugal.
