Guest Services Coordinator
We are in search of a highly motivated and customer-oriented Guest Services Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. As the Guest Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met in a timely manner. Your main duties will include assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, coordinating guest requests and inquiries, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Handle all guest inquiries and requests promptly
- Coordinate room assignments and ensure all guest preferences are met
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations
- Address any issues or complaints from guests with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, etc.
- Assist with check-out procedures including collecting payments, processing invoices, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel
