We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and quality of work on job sites
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project status updates

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
The job is based in Almada but may require occasional travel to other locations for project site visits.
