Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your role will involve meeting with clients to understand their needs and creating detailed plans and drawings. You will also work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their requirements for commercial buildings
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and efficiency
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Oversee the construction process, including site visits and addressing any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide progress updates and address any concerns or changes in design
- Collaborate with interior designers to ensure functional and aesthetically pleasing designs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Chelyabinsk (relocation assistance available for foreign candidates)
