Industrial Alpinist


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at great heights, such as maintenance, repair, and installation work on buildings and structures. This role requires a high level of physical fitness, technical skills, and attention to safety.

Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial rope access work at heights using specialized equipment
- Inspect and maintain structures and buildings
- Install and repair equipment or fixtures on high-rise buildings
- Conduct visual or non-destructive testing inspections
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism
- Certification in industrial rope access techniques (IRATA or SPRAT)
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Strong technical skills and ability to use specialized equipment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
