Junior JAVA Developer
Location: Funchal, Portugal



We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Funchal. As a Junior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions for our clients. This is an urgent job opportunity with an attractive salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to design, develop and implement new software features
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using JAVA programming language
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner
- Ensure software meets functional requirements and quality standards
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in JAVA development
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles and design patterns
- Proficiency in at least one database system (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience working in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Spring Framework or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
