We are a well-established company in the sales industry and we are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and door-to-door visits
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through various channels such as email, phone calls or social media
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Continuously improve through feedback from customers and colleagues

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively
- Proficient in both written and spoken English (Portuguese fluency is preferred)
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month plus commission based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Porto, Portugal. However, applicants from other locations are also welcome to apply.
