Land Surveyor


We are a leading land surveying company in Dubai, seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land, using various surveying tools and techniques. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to determine precise locations, boundaries, and elevations of land
- Use surveying instruments such as GPS receivers, theodolites, and electronic distance-measuring equipment to collect data
- Prepare detailed maps and drawings based on survey data
- Analyze survey data to identify any discrepancies or errors
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accuracy in construction plans
- Utilize biometric passport technology for secure access to sensitive areas
- Maintain accurate records of all survey data and documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology is preferred but not required
