Barista - Al-Khor, Egypt

A fast-paced and thriving café in Al-Khor is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, etc.
- Ensure all beverages are made to the highest quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a positive manner
- Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred
- Knowledge of various brewing methods and beverage recipes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Valid visa for working in Egypt (visa sponsorship available)
