Part-Time Excavator Operator

We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team on a part-time basis in Funchal, Portugal. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate and move earth, rock and other materials as needed for construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator to dig trenches, foundations, and other earthworks as specified by the project plans
- Ensure proper and safe use of machinery at all times
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate with site supervisors and team members to coordinate work and ensure project deadlines are met
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Ability to read and interpret project plans

- Must have valid work permit or visa sponsorship for Portugal

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours depending on project needs. As an operator, you will primarily be working outside in various weather conditions. The role does not include accommodation but we can provide assistance with finding suitable housing if needed.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
