Office Manager - Indian Nationals (Abu Dhabi)



We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Indian national, you will play a vital role in maintaining a productive and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, both written and verbal
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and expense reports
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Coordinate with IT department for any technical support needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal (Hindi or other Indian languages are a plus)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation will be provided along with free visa and ticket. We welcome freshers who possess the required skills to apply for this job.
