We are currently hiring Warehouse Workers for our company in Ufa, Russia. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing goods and products within the warehouse. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify them according to warehouse procedures
- Unload and inspect products for defects or damages
- Organize and store products in designated locations within the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee resident of Ufa or willing to relocate
- No English proficiency required but basic understanding is preferred
- Must have a biometric passport or willing to obtain one
- Previous experience in warehousing or related field is not required but preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1100$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
