As a Warehouse Supervisor in our busy warehouse located in Ufa, Russia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our warehouse. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the daily activities of our warehouse workers and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse workers to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Assign daily tasks to warehouse workers based on workload and prioritize urgent orders
- Train new warehouse workers on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure all incoming and outgoing products are properly documented
- Oversee loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring efficient use of space in the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times
- Conduct regular stock counts to reconcile physical inventory with system records
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate shipping schedules for timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or warehousing is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Worker
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills in both English and Russian
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
