Job Title: Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Braga. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail centers, and hospitality establishments. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to create innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for commercial buildings.
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure the design meets all safety, building codes, and zoning regulations.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed within deadlines and financial constraints.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide guidance to contractors when necessary.
- Review and approve material samples and cost estimates from contractors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect.
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with an eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.

This position is based in Braga. Please note that accommodation will not be provided for this role.
