Job Title: Commercial Architect (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for commercial buildings based on client requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and timely completion within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong proficiency in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
