Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance to clients through online channels such as email, chat, and video conferencing. Your main duties will include answering inquiries, providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints. You will also assist with the development of new online services and strategies to improve customer experience. This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Own visa or ability to obtain one
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Remish, India (remote work)

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
