Commercial Architect


A commercial architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, shopping centers, and hotels. They work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and budget for the project
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the project is completed successfully
- Monitor the progress of construction to ensure it aligns with the design plans
- Address any issues that may arise during construction and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure that the project meets all safety codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be able to work well under pressure

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at 1000$ per month, depending on experience.
