Formwork Specialist


As a Formwork Specialist, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling temporary structures used to support concrete during construction. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and precision in measuring and cutting materials.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine formwork specifications
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Assemble formwork using various hand and power tools
- Install braces, ties, and other supports to ensure stability of formwork
- Pour, spread, and vibrate concrete into forms
- Remove forms after concrete has set
- Inspect and repair damaged forms as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and understand measurements
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and precision in measuring and cutting materials
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions

Salary: $1600 per month
Location: Washington, USA
