Painter for Residential and Commercial Properties


We are currently seeking a skilled Painter to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting and decorating residential and commercial properties according to the client's specifications. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking for a second job or students with prior painting experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint, varnish or other finishes using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary
- Clean up work area after completing job
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Painter in residential and/or commercial properties
- Knowledge of different types of paints, finishes and application techniques
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Must have your own visa/work permit in Liechtenstein

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this part-time position. Salary may vary depending on experience and skills.
