Job Title: Facade Specialist

The Facade Specialist will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining building facades in the city of Lisbon. This individual will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that facades meet safety and aesthetic standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building materials, structural design, and construction techniques. They must also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Design building facades that meet aesthetic and safety requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop facade plans
- Conduct on-site visits to assess the condition of existing facades
- Determine appropriate building materials for each project
- Calculate cost estimates for facade projects
- Oversee installation of new facades and ensure they meet design specifications
- Manage maintenance and repairs for existing facades
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design or construction
- Strong knowledge of building materials and structural design principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Lisbon (open to all nationalities)
