Construction Manager


A well-established construction company in Braga is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising all activities on site.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team
- Ensure that all projects are completed within the given time frame and budget while maintaining high quality standards
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors involved in the project
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project
- Review and approve all invoices related to the project and ensure timely payment to vendors
- Maintain accurate records of all project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
