Experienced Handyman for Full Time Position in Salalah, Oman



We are hiring an experienced Handyman to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including general maintenance, repairs, and installations. This is a full time position with a salary of 1200$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and HVAC repairs
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or needed repairs
- Install new appliances or fixtures as needed
- Respond to requests for repairs from tenants or management in a timely manner
- Keep records of all maintenance activities and report any major issues to management
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while performing tasks

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and HVAC repairs
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if required
