We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Ufa, Russia. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for the technical design and construction of buildings and structures. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month. We welcome applications from Indian nationals who are fluent in English and possess a valid work visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop building designs
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Perform building code research and stay up-to-date with industry regulations
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and project schedules
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English is required
