We are a fast-growing company in Eschen, Liechtenstein seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the performance, integrity and security of our databases. You will also be involved in the planning and development of database strategies and will collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure smooth operation of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain databases for various applications and systems
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Develop database backup and recovery plans
- Ensure data integrity and security through proper access controls and data encryption
- Design and implement database structures according to business needs
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure compatibility between database systems and applications
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
- Stay updated on new database technologies and make recommendations for implementation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Database Administrator
- Proficient in SQL, MySQL, Oracle, and other database management systems
- Knowledge of data backup, recovery, security protocols
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with cloud-based databases such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Salary: $1400/month
