As a Team Lead in Funchal, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of individuals to achieve business goals. You will oversee daily operations, provide guidance and support to team members, and ensure efficient workflow. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as experience in team management and goal-oriented mindset. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of individuals to achieve company's objectives
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the business
- Develop strategies to increase productivity and meet targets
- Resolve conflicts within the team in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role (minimum 2 years)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Experience in team management and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good understanding of business operations and processes
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Salary:
In this full-time position, you will receive a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Funchal, Portugal. However, we welcome candidates from any nationality who are willing to relocate.
