Job Title: Part-Time Moderator in Braga

As a Part-Time Moderator, your responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing user-generated content and taking appropriate actions, such as removing or editing posts
- Responding to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Identifying and escalating any issues or trends to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining accurate records of moderated content for future reference
- Collaborating with other moderators to ensure consistent enforcement of policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience moderating online communities or social media platforms
- Strong understanding of online culture and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology is preferred but not required
