Contract Moderator in Braga

We are hiring a contract moderator to join our team in Braga. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities, forums, and social media platforms to ensure a safe and positive environment for users. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and social media platforms to identify and address any inappropriate or offensive content
- Enforce community guidelines and policies
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for community engagement and growth
- Analyze user data to identify trends and provide insights for improving community management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Prior experience in online moderation or community management preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and content management systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)

Salary: $1100 per month (paid on a monthly basis)

Location: Braga, Portugal (accommodation provided if needed)
