Game Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Game Developer to join our team in Almada. As a Game Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing video games for various platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience with game engines, programming languages such as C++ and Java, and a strong passion for creating immersive gaming experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop video games from concept to release
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to create engaging gameplay mechanics
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as C++ and Java
- Optimize game performance for different platforms
- Test and debug code to ensure smooth gameplay experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new technologies into game development process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in game development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Java
- Experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.)
- Strong understanding of game design principles
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Passion for gaming
