Job Title: Sales Manager

We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and manage the sales team.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Biometric passport is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a sales team

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Manage the sales team by setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing guidance as needed
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Stay updated on industry developments, trends, and best practices to continuously improve the sales process.

Salary: $900 per month. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, vacation time, and bonuses based on performance.
