Part-time Architecture Manager

As a part-time Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects in the city of Braga. This position is suitable for men who are looking for a flexible work schedule and have a passion for architecture. You do not need prior experience, as training will be provided on the job. However, having a good eye for design and strong organizational skills will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Oversee the development of architectural plans and drawings
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a valid visa that allows for employment in Braga

Salary: The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location: This position is located in Braga.
