Sales Representative
We are hiring a Sales Representative to join our growing team in Porto. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products or services to potential customers. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and build lasting relationships while meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an asset
