Welder Supervisor

As a Welder Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of welders to ensure high-quality welding work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of welding processes, and the ability to train and mentor team members.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of welders to ensure all projects are completed according to specifications and quality standards
- Train new welders on proper techniques, safety protocols, and company policies
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning and make recommendations for repairs or replacements when necessary
- Collaborate with project managers to develop welding schedules and allocate resources effectively
- Conduct regular inspections of completed projects to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, time spent, and any other relevant documentation as required by the company or clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or leadership position within the welding industry
- In-depth knowledge of various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to welding work
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively train, mentor, and lead a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during projects

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
