Junior Merchandiser - Lisbon, Portugal

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will assist with the planning, development, and execution of merchandising strategies for our company. This is an entry-level position, making it ideal for recent graduates or those looking to start their career in the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating and maintaining product assortments based on market trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement merchandising strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or markdowns
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Assist with product presentations and visual merchandising in stores
- Support the buying team with sample management and order placement
- Communicate regularly with vendors regarding product availability, pricing, and quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs is a plus)
- Passion for fashion trends and understanding of the retail industry

Salary:
This position offers a starting salary of $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Portugal.
