Crane Operator



We are hiring a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Clairvaux! As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads. Your main duties will include inspecting and maintaining the crane equipment, following safety protocols and procedures, and communicating with the ground crew to ensure smooth operations.

To excel in this role, you must have experience operating different types of cranes such as mobile cranes, tower cranes, or overhead cranes. You should also have excellent hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and good physical strength. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes to lift and move heavy loads
- Inspect crane equipment before use and report any defects or malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Ensure proper positioning of loads according to specific instructions
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations
- Perform routine maintenance on the crane equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Crane Operator
- Experience operating mobile cranes, tower cranes, or overhead cranes
- Valid crane operator certification preferred
- Ability to interpret load charts and rigging diagrams
- Basic math skills for calculating load weights
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Good depth perception
- Physical strength to operate levers and controls
- High school diploma or equivalent
