We are in search of a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading our company's network and computer systems. This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure network security and implement necessary upgrades or protocols
- Manage user accounts and access levels
- Maintain backup systems for data protection
- Update and maintain system documentation
- Provide technical support to staff as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with Windows server administration
- Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:
- Professional certifications such as CCNA or MCSE
- Experience with Linux server administration
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Fluent English language skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position. This is a full-time role with working hours from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Our office is located in Izhevsk city center with convenient public transportation options.
