Formwork Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Formwork Carpenter to join our team in Atlanta. As a Formwork Carpenter, you will be responsible for creating and assembling temporary structures used to support concrete during construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine the specifications of formwork
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Assemble formwork using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
- Install reinforcing and structural components such as rebar, anchor bolts, and embeds
- Ensure accuracy and quality of work by conducting regular inspections
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Formwork Carpenter or similar role
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and drawings
- Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety requirements
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade school or apprenticeship completion in carpentry or related field
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
