Job Title: Head Baker

As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and quality of all baked goods in our busy bakery in Dubai. Your main duties will include creating recipes, managing inventory and supplies, training and supervising a team of bakers, and ensuring all products meet our high standards of taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new recipes for a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure ingredients are always available for production
- Supervise a team of bakers, providing training and guidance as needed
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality control standards are met
- Oversee the baking process to ensure proper techniques are being followed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to develop new products or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a professional bakery or pastry shop
- Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Ability to create new recipes from scratch
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate others
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Education:
A degree or diploma in Baking or Pastry Arts is preferred but not required. A combination of relevant work experience and training may be considered.

Salary:
$1400 per month (tax-free) plus benefits.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours. Some evening or weekend work may be required during busy periods. The bakery is located in Dubai, UAE.

Note:
This position is open to candidates of all nationalities. While knowledge of English is preferred, it is not required for this role.
