Sales Representative - Ufa, Russia


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with existing and potential customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have a valid visa for working in Russia or willing to obtain one with company sponsorship
- Previous experience working in sales for Canadian markets is preferred but not mandatory
