Preservation Architect

We are seeking a Preservation Architect to join our team in Atlanta. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. You must have experience in the field of architecture, with a focus on historical preservation. Your duties will include conducting research, developing preservation plans, and overseeing restoration projects. You must have strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of building materials and techniques used in different time periods. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Salary: $1500 per month

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or historical preservation
- Knowledge of local and national historic preservation laws and guidelines
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software

Preferred:
- Previous experience working on preservation projects in Atlanta or the surrounding area
- Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Fluency in English
