Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Chef, preferably specializing in Indian cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to create new and innovative dishes while adhering to traditional recipes
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Must have valid work permit for Balzers, Liechtenstein

Responsibilities:
- Design menus featuring authentic Indian dishes that appeal to our customers' tastes
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, hygienic, and organized at all times
- Train junior kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu items
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality food preparation
