Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Balzers. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, as well as managing the kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and be able to create innovative and delicious dishes that meet our customers' expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
- Create new menu items and update existing menus
- Ensure high quality food presentation and taste
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Balzers (non-native English speakers are welcome)
