Crane Operator

We are hiring a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes. They should also possess strong mechanical aptitude and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites
- Inspect equipment before use and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust crane operations accordingly

Requirements:
- Valid crane operator certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes
- Ability to read blueprints and understand rigging techniques
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. Overtime may be available during busy periods.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing in Funchal.
