In this role, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one online English classes to students of various ages and levels. You will create personalized lesson plans based on each student's unique learning needs and goals. With your expertise, patience, and effective communication skills, you will help students develop their listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.

Qualifications:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an English tutor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, flexible, and able to adapt to different learning styles
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one online English classes with students
- Create personalized lesson plans based on each student's learning needs and goals
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Communicate effectively with students' parents regarding their progress
- Participate in training sessions to further develop teaching skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for full-time work.
